With most everything else in the world more expensive, NAGA 2025 will be a breath of fresh air. Registration will remain the same as this past year at $325 and the guest fee will also remain $175. Likewise, vendor booths will be the same at $600 per space, with discounts available for multiple booth spaces.
Registration includes the Monday evening welcome reception and Wednesday lunch. You’ll need a ticket for the Wednesday night awards banquet, but the price will remain at the 2024 rate of $95 per ticket.
Hotel rates are even better at the Aquarius at approximately $55 per night during the conference, and $100 per night for those who book the weekend before. The rate includes taxes. A daily resort fee that has not yet been set by the hotel will be added at the end of your stay.
“Most years, the NAGA Convention is in a major destination where registration and hotel rates are quite a bit more expensive,” explained NAGA President, Mike Martz. “But this year, we’re going to be in a great location and also be able to offer great low prices! This will be the year for first timers, or additional farm staff and family to make the trip to attend the NAGA Convention!”
Although Laughlin has a small airport nearby, most attendees will want to fly into Las Vegas International Airport, which is about 90 minutes north of Laughlin. For those who want to extend their stay for fun, Laughlin is within a short distance of Hoover Dam, Red Rock State Park and just a bit farther to Sedona, Arizona, and the Grand Canyon.
