Every year during the coldest months, the gamebird industry heads for warmer destinations to gather for the NAGA Annual Convention. The event often takes place in some of the nation’s most popular spots such as Las Vegas, Disney World or New Orleans. The upcoming convention is no exception. Beginning Feb. 2, 2026, the event will open in historic Charleston, South Carolina at the Hyatt House / Hyatt Place.
The three day NAGA Convention depends on the financial support of sponsors who help cover the cost of the annual gathering. This year’s convention already has a strong group of supporters, yet several key opportunities remain open. Sponsoring the event provides valuable visibility to the most active gamebird businesses in the country. Below is a list of current sponsors and available opportunities. Firearms Industry Once Again NAGA’s Top Sponsor
NSSF – The Firearm Industry Trade Association is once again serving as the title sponsor of the 2026 NAGA Convention at $5,000. The firearm industry has long supported the gamebird community by providing financial contributions and key resources including research and marketing materials.

Premier Level Sponsorships Include Speaking Opportunities
Several functions at the Annual Convention carry higher costs such as meals, audiovisual needs and the auction. These Premier Level sponsorships are $2,500 and help offset the most expensive parts of the event. Each Premier Sponsor receives speaking time at the convention along with special recognition.

Award Banquet Sponsors Provide Raffle Drawings and Auction Fun
Each year the NAGA gives away a commemorative shotgun with the organization’s logo and convention location burnt into the stock. Raffle tickets for this shotgun are available through registration and at the event itself. We also draw the name of one of our sponsor members to receive our Sponsor Appreciation shotgun. Both of these keepsake firearms are courtesy of our Raffle Gun Sponsor, Friends of the NAGA, thanks to their $2,000 sponsorship.
In addition, this year’s live auction will feature a commemorative over/under shotgun. Sponsorship of this marquee item is $2,000 and remains available.

Ladies Coffee and Convos is Back!
The 2025 NAGA Convention in Laughlin, Nevada had a brand-new event aimed at women who are part of the gamebird industry. While men were invited to this early morning event, they had to be accompanied by a woman. Based on the positive response to this new event, Ladies Coffee and Convos is back. This Patron Level $1,000 Sponsorship is brought to NAGA by Hatch Tracker.
Vendor Space Reservations Are Available
In addition to our sponsors, the NAGA Convention features exhibitor space that is vital both financially and culturally to the gamebird industry. These companies are key components of the industry and our members expect opportunities to interact with their favorite or even new vendors during the convention.
Vendor booths include one free convention registration with each booth space. Single booths are $600. Doubles are $1,100 and triple booths are $1,500.
“Our vendors are an essential element to the Annual NAGA Convention,” said Martz. “We’re off to a great start for the convention in terms of vendor reservations and hope to recruit many more including some that have been with us for many years. We want them all to know how much we appreciate them.”
Vendors will be recognized on the NAGA website and included in the convention proceedings. In addition, each vendor will be personally recognized at the Monday Night Welcome Reception.
