As the curtain came down on the Hunting Club Conference in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the crowd's consensus was one of high praise. Not all was perfect, as is always the case. However, attendees left, providing input on the event and advice for the future, which showcased their satisfaction with the three-day meeting.
The Third Annual NAGA Hunting Club Conference, presented by NSSF – The Firearm Trade Association, broke records in every metric. Record attendance at 136, record exhibitors with 17 and record sponsorships with 18.

Auction Chairman Rick Kuhl Jr. decided to add a live auction to the Tuesday night banquet, and the addition was a great success, bringing revenue and enthusiasm to the crowd. The gun raffles and silent and live auctions raised more than $30,000 for NAGA!
After many great presentations, the conference closed, as it has each year, with a moderated session during which attendees provided their input on the conference. The event's format, timing and location, facilities and other ideas were all discussed.
The NAGA Hunting Club Conference was billed as created by hunting clubs for hunting clubs. Listening to those who take the time to be there is key to its success. NAGA will follow up with a post-event survey that will be the initial guidepost for the 2025 conference, which will soon be announced.
