Continuing its multi-year support of the gamebird hunting industry, Romeo Bravo Software will once again serve as the Platinum Sponsor of the Tuesday Night Banquet at the NAGA Hunting Club Conference in Omaha, Nebraska, hosted at the Embassy Suites Old Market. The 2026 event marks the fifth anniversary of the conference created to serve hunting preserves and clubs across the nation. The NAGA Hunting Club Conference will take place Monday, July 20 through Wednesday, July 22.

Romeo Bravo Software provides hospitality management software for hunting preserves, guides, outfitters and related operations. The company has supported NAGA and the Hunting Club Conference since 2023 and has frequently participated as a presenter, sharing expertise on hospitality management and business operations.

The Tuesday Night Banquet provides a lively conclusion to the second day of the conference. The evening features a hearty meal, raffles and both a silent and live auction sponsored by Flying B Ranch. Proceeds from the banquet support gamebird industry scholarships, education, research and the mission of the North American Gamebird Association (NAGA). All registered conference attendees are welcome to participate.

At the conclusion of the banquet, NAGA will draw the winners of two raffle prizes:

Raffle Gun #1 – Benelli Montefeltro 12-gauge semi-automatic

Sponsored by Friends of NAGA (MSRP $1,700)

Raffle Gun #2 – Franchi Instinct L 12-gauge over/under

Sponsored by Longtail Farms (MSRP $1,700)

The silent and live auctions are coordinated by Rick Kuhl Jr. of NAGA Diamond Sponsor the Kuhl Corporation. All items offered in the auctions are donated by NAGA members, meaning every dollar raised goes directly toward the mission of protecting and advancing the gamebird industry.

“Romeo Bravo Software stepped forward with foundational support at a critical moment in the history of this conference four years ago, helping NAGA turn the vision of an event specifically tailored to hunting operations into a reality,” said NAGA President Sarah Pope. “We are grateful for their continued support and involvement.”
