The North American Gamebird Association has announced that registration is now open for the 5th annual Hunting Club Conference, created specifically for hunting preserves. This year’s event will take place July 20–22, 2026, at the Embassy Suites Old Market in Omaha, Nebraska.
Built by and for preserve operators, this conference delivers practical education, relevant business insight and meaningful networking with fellow gamebird professionals. If you’re focused on strengthening your operation and building lasting industry relationships, this event is designed for you.
Conference registration is $375 per person and includes dinner on Monday, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, and lunch on Wednesday. The hotel will provide breakfast each day. A guest registration of $175 is available for spouses, kids 16 or older or friends who will not attend meeting sessions but wish to participate in meal functions.
Gun raffle tickets are available for pre-purchase at $20 each or 7 for $100.
Vendor booths are available for $450, with discounts offered for multiple spaces. Each reserved booth includes one conference registration. Exhibitors may begin setup on Monday, July 20, at 8 a.m. Tear down will begin at the conclusion of the conference on Wednesday, July 22, at Noon.
