One of the first questions people ask when a conference location is announced is how easy it will be to reach. The good news: Omaha is one of the most accessible cities in the country.
Located in the center of the Midwest, Omaha is within easy driving distance for many hunting preserve operators. For many attendees, the decision to drive or fly often comes down to the eight-hour mark, or roughly 500 to 600 miles.
Distance to Omaha from several major cities:
Less than 5 hours
Kansas City — 185 miles
Wichita — 300 miles
5–7 hours
St. Louis — 430 miles
Oklahoma City — 470 miles
Indianapolis — 560 miles
7–10 hours
Louisville — 640 miles
Dallas — 660 miles
Nashville — 670 miles
Cincinnati — 700 miles
The Embassy Suites sits in the historic Old Market district and is surrounded by restaurants, shops and attractions, making it easy for attendees to explore the area without needing a rental car.
Conference Costs Remain a Great Value
Registration is $375 per person and includes dinner Monday, lunch and dinner Tuesday and lunch Wednesday. Guests staying at Embassy Suites also receive complimentary breakfast each morning.
Guest registrations are available for $175 and allow spouses, children age 16 or older or friends to attend meal functions without participating in conference sessions.
Self-parking is available in the garage across from the hotel for $15 per day. Valet parking at the hotel entrance is $29 per day.
Built by and for preserve operators, the Hunting Club Conference focuses on practical education, real business insight and the relationships that strengthen operations across the industry.
