Sponsor support for the NAGA Hunting Club Conference is the primary reason the annual summer event remains affordable for attendees. Registration for the July 20-22 conference includes the program, meals, breaks and evening hospitality hours at $375 per person for the three-day event.
“We’ve been able to keep the price low because of the generous support from our sponsors,” said conference Chairman and raffle gun sponsor Dan Barngrover of Longtail Farms in Kansas. “Now we have a chance to sell out all sponsorships for the first time in the five-year history of the Hunting Club Conference.”
Three sponsorship opportunities remain at the $1,000 Silver Level:
Tuesday Afternoon Break — The conference is divided into four sessions over three days, each including a refreshment break.
Wednesday Morning Session — Each of the four sessions is supported by a sponsor, who also has the opportunity to emcee the session they support.
Hunting Club Conference Loyalty Raffle — Each attendee receives one raffle ticket for each year they have attended the conference, up to five entries. This raffle recognizes continued participation. The winner receives a $1,000 Visa gift card to help offset the cost of attending. The raffle will only be offered if sponsored.
