Registration fees for the annual NAGA Convention have remained stable in recent years, with only modest increases. One reason this has been possible is the generous support of sponsors who underwrite the three meal events held during the convention.
Welcome Reception – Sponsored by Star Labs
The opening night Welcome Reception takes place Monday evening, February 2, at 5 p.m. in the Grand Magnolia Ballroom and adjacent foyer. While the bar is a cash bar, the heavy hors d’oeuvres are substantial enough for many attendees to consider it their evening meal. The Welcome Reception is also an important opportunity to thank vendors and provide attendees time to network and reconnect after a year apart. Star Labs has been a longtime sponsor of this signature event, and NAGA is grateful for its continued support.
Wednesday Lunch – Sponsored by York Ag
Wednesday, February 4, is the longest day of the convention, featuring the highest number of presentations. The noon lunch in the Grand Magnolia Ballroom offers a welcome break and an opportunity for attendees to reflect on the morning’s sessions. Sponsored for the first time by York Ag, the group will hear a few words from our sponsor during the meal. York Ag has previously supported NAGA through audiovisual sponsorships and firearms donations, and the association appreciates its ongoing commitment to the gamebird industry.
Annual Awards Banquet – Sponsored by Elkhorn Farms & Hatchery
The closing event of the convention is also one of the most anticipated. The Annual Awards Banquet begins Wednesday, February 4, at 5 p.m. with cocktails just outside the Grand Magnolia Ballroom. During this time, attendees are encouraged to make final raffle ticket purchases and browse silent auction offerings. Once dinner begins, NAGA will recognize supporters and members who have earned special distinction. The evening concludes with the live auction, which raises funds to support NAGA scholarships and the association’s mission. Elkhorn Farms & Hatchery has sponsored the closing event of the NAGA Convention for many years, and NAGA is sincerely thankful for its generous support.
The Welcome Reception, Wednesday lunch and all scheduled breaks are included with convention registration. The Annual Awards Banquet requires an additional ticket.
