One of the most attractive aspects to the 2025 NAGA Convention in Laughlin, Nevada, is the hotel rate. The Aquarius Casino Resort is one of Laughlin’s premier hotels, and they’ve offered an incredible deal on hotel rooms for those who attend the NAGA Convention.
Hotel Rate Deadline
With taxes included, lodging at the Aquarius will be roughly $51 per night! However, the NAGA rate expires on January 17. After that, the Aquarius will offer whatever the prevailing rate is for that time period, which will be more than the NAGA contracted hotel rate. You can book your room by calling (800) 662-5825 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST. The Group Code is GRBRD25.
Book Your Room Using the NAGA Group Code
The hotel has reported that some attendees have booked their room outside the NAGA Block, believing they received a better rate. However, the rate on the Aquarius website does not include all taxes and fees.
Equally important is this fact:
In order to receive favorable pricing on meeting rooms and food, NAGA guarantees a certain number of hotel rooms. When people book outside of the block, the rooms aren’t counted toward our commitment. If we don’t meet our guarantee, the organization will pay higher prices on meeting space and food, which will result in higher prices at future conventions.
The bottom line is this: Please book your rooms using the NAGA Group Code. It’s cheaper and helps the organization.
