First impressions matter, which is why the Monday evening Welcome Dinner remains one of the most important events of the NAGA Hunting Club Conference. The opening-night gathering sets the tone for the entire conference, combining valuable information, networking opportunities and plenty of fun.
For the second consecutive year, the Welcome Dinner is sponsored by Mallard Bay Outdoors. Mallard Bay has expanded its presence at the 2026 conference, returning as an exhibitor and participating for the first time as a conference presenter. The company's commitment is a key part of the record-setting sponsorship support helping underwrite the 5th annual edition of the only conference designed by hunting preserves for hunting preserves.
The Welcome Dinner will also feature the drawing and recognition of two exciting conference opportunities.
First, the winner of the Early Bird Drawing, sponsored by MTM Pheasants, will receive the commemorative Weatherby Element semi-automatic shotgun. To be eligible, attendees must register for the conference by June 15.
Second, the winner of the First-Time Attendee Scholarship, sponsored by Mahantongo Game Farms and 3T Products, will be recognized. Open exclusively to first-time conference attendees, the scholarship reimburses travel-related expenses, including lodging, registration and other eligible costs up to $1,000.
