Hunting Club Conference Early Bird Shotgun Drawing

Register Now to Win a Weatherby Shotgun!...

The NAGA Hunting Club Conference is coming to Omaha July 20–22, 2026, and Nebraska’s own MTM Pheasants is offering a special incentive for those who register early. Tony Smith of MTM Pheasants is a Diamond Sponsor of NAGA and also sponsors the Tuesday morning Sunrise Shooting Time Coffee Hour at the conference. This year, MTM is going even further by sponsoring the conference’s Early Bird Shotgun Drawing.

The prize is a Weatherby Element II 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun with a walnut stock. The commemorative Early Bird shotgun will feature the NAGA logo and conference location burned into the stock. Everyone who registers for the NAGA Hunting Club Conference by June 15, 2026 will be entered into the drawing.

“We’re very appreciative of MTM Pheasants for enabling NAGA to continue this incentive to encourage early registrations for the Hunting Club Conference,” said NAGA President Sarah Pope. “We encourage hunting preserve owners, operators, managers and staff to take advantage of Tony Smith’s generous support of the gamebird industry.”

The Early Bird Shotgun Drawing, sponsored by MTM Pheasants, will take place Monday, July 20, 2026 during the Opening Night Dinner sponsored by Mallard Bay.

Registration is $375 and includes all conference meals. Additional sponsorship opportunities, vendor space reservations and lodging information can be found at NorthAmericanGamebird.com/tickets/hunting-club-attendee-registration.

The conference will feature experts providing vital education and insight on the most critical issues facing the gamebird industry, with hunting preserves as the primary focus. Sponsorships such as the Early Bird promotion help keep the conference affordable, combined with a favorable room rate at the host hotel, Embassy Suites Old Market in downtown Omaha, located just a short ride from the Omaha airport.

“With the conference located in the middle of the country, it’s easy for attendees to reach Omaha by air or by car,” said Hunting Club Conference Chairman Dan Barngrover. “That convenience, along with the low cost, helps ensure that no one has to miss this important event.”
