Hunting Club Conference Diamond Sponsors Play Essential Role

NAGA Hunting Club Conference Diamond Sponsors have invested beyond their dollars in the success of the gamebird industry and hunting preserves in particular....

In most cases, organizations don't want attendees of their annual events to know how the event really runs. No one needs to see how the sausage is made. However, when it comes to sponsors, attendees of the NAGA Hunting Club Conference need to know that we absolutely couldn't do it without them.

Diamond Sponsors are among the top sponsor levels of the Hunting Club Conference each year, just below NSSF’s Title Sponsorship and Romeo Bravo Software’s Platinum Sponsorship. A Diamond Sponsor contributes $2,500 toward the operation of the annual meeting designed for hunting preserves.

This year, NAGA offered four Diamond Sponsorships, and we're grateful all four slots sold out within weeks of them becoming available! All four of our Diamond Sponsors have invested beyond their dollars in the success of the gamebird industry and hunting preserves in particular.

Elkhorn Farms & Hatchery of Ohio is a Diamond Sponsor for the third year in a row and is the sponsor of the Tuesday lunch. Owned by the Ballou family, NAGA's immediate past president and conference founder, Peg Ballou, made an immediate financial commitment to the inaugural event to ensure its financial solvency. Along with their hunting business, Elkhorn Lake Hunt Club, the Ballou’s invest in all aspects of their relationship with NAGA, having served as presidents, board members, committee chairs, contributors, advertisers and content generators.

Flying B Ranch is also back for the third time as a Diamond Sponsor. Recognized as one of the country's premier high-end destination lodges, Idaho’s Flying B Ranch brought instant credibility to the inaugural conference in 2002 with its sponsorship. NAGA Board Member Michele Bovey has worked beyond their financial commitment, functioning as an ambassador to other destination lodges and assisting with the conference's agenda each year. After sponsoring the Wednesday lunch in 2022 and 2023, Flying B Ranch is now the raffle and auction sponsor of the Hunting Club Conference, a larger function of the event than in previous years.

Wild Wings of Oneka is also back as a sponsor, but this year, the Minnesota-based hunting preserve upgraded from a Gold Level sponsorship to Diamond Level, sponsoring the Wednesday lunch. Represented by former NAGA President Jeff Hughes and Tyler Scott, Wild Wings has been an enthusiastic supporter of the Hunting Club Conference from the beginning, seeing the concept as a badly needed value add for hunting preserves considering becoming a member of the NAGA.

York Ag is new as a Diamond Sponsor of the Hunting Club Conference this year after sponsoring and exhibiting at the 2024 Annual Convention. Pennsylvania-located York, represented by Bill Achor, initially committed to sponsoring the audio/visual aspects of the event and most recently upgraded beyond that to add a Gold Sponsorship to underwrite a second shotgun for the Wednesday night banquet raffle, bringing them up to the Diamon sponsor level! In addition, York will also be exhibiting at the conference. Bill has expressed his desire to meet and get to know attendees and the gamebird industry in general.

"We're beyond grateful for our Diamond Sponsors!" exclaimed Hunting Club Conference Chairman Dan Barngrover of Longtail Farms in Kansas. "Seeing companies come back each year tells us we're heading in the right direction. Attracting new sponsors makes it clear the word is spreading. Thank you to all of our Diamond Sponsors!”

Registration for the Hunting Club Conference is just $375 and includes all meals during the event. Our conference sponsors' generous support makes the event affordable for hunting businesses of all sizes. Coupled with an affordable hotel rate, NAGA Hunting Club Conference attendees get a great bang for their hard-earned buck!
