As of Monday evening, June 29, there are only three rooms remaining in our hotel room block at the Embassy Suites Old Market for the NAGA Hunting Club Conference, so if you want to be in the host hotel you’ll need to act quickly.
But don’t stress too much, because the closest hotel to the Embassy Suites is Hyatt Place, just 350 yards away, and they have agreed to provide rooms for NAGA at the same $129-per-night rate. The new overflow hotel is just a four-minute walk from the host hotel.
The Hyatt Place Old Market is located at 540 S. 12th Street. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast and free parking.
“Our last report shows that we’re just a handful of people from registering the largest group we’ve had in the five-year history of the event, which was created to directly meet the needs of gamebird hunting preserves,” noted Hunting Club Conference Chairman Dan Barngrover. “I would advise people not to wait. Register for the conference and book your hotel room at one of these two great hotel options.”
