Each year, NAGF awards up to five $1,000 post-high school scholarships. Any NAGA member, or child or grandchild of an NAGA member, is eligible to apply.

The deadline for application is August 15th each year.

All applications submitted by August 15th will be reviewed by the NAGF Scholarship Committee. Successful applicants will be notified shortly thereafter. Funds will be sent directly to the Learning Institute of the recipients.


John Mullin Scholarship

  • Submit the Following:
    • This competed application
    • One page Bio/Essay explain why you should receive this scholarship
    • If in high school, a transcript of your grades
    • If in high school and accepted to a college/university, a copy of your letter of acceptance
    • If in college or university, a transcript of your grades
    • Verification of your SAT or ACT scores
  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • You must be accepted to or attending a college or university to be eligible for this scholarship.
  • Family Information: Note, you or your father, mother or grandparent must be current members of the North American Gamebird Association for you to be eligible for this scholarship
  • Please include a one page essay about your interests in gamebird production, or a hunting preserve operation, or a clay sport operations, and your career interests and goals.

    In order to effectively administer limited financial aid funds, the North American Gamebird Foundation has adopted a policy whereby the total of all money awarded to a single student may not exceed the specified dollar amount during an academic year. This amount is determined prior to each year's financial aid awarding process.

This scholarship is offered to any student of a NAGA member regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or handicap.
