NSSF—The Firearm Industry Trade Association is the Platinum sponsor of the first conference focusing exclusively on hunting preserves. The North American Gamebird Association (NAGA) has released the final agenda for the Hunting Club Conference, which will occur July 18-20 in Mt. Sterling, Ohio, at Deer Creek Lodge.

The conference agenda includes a host of top industry experts on habitat, flight pens, managing safety and liability, recruiting and retaining customers, maximizing profit and more.

“Hunting clubs are the vital link that makes wingshooting accessible for Americans across our great country,” explained Peg Ballou, president of NAGA. “It’s our goal to provide programming that helps us all be more successful. We’re so grateful to the NSSF for their vital support for this event and the gamebird industry.”

Additionally, I mentioned spikes on your posts, owl or swan decoys to deter birds congregating around pens. The swan decoys float in the pond and the incoming ducks and geese stay away. Apparently Swans don't play well with others. Huh, who knew?
