2023 Hunting Club Conference Details
NAGA’s 2nd Annual Hunting Club Conference will be held in Manhattan, Kansas, at the Bluemont Hotel. The conference will take place July 17-19, 2023.
“This is a great location for the conference,” said NAGA President Peg Ballou. “With Kansas State University’s gamebird management and hospitality programs, we look forward to working with them to provide a great agenda in an area of the country full of gamebird hunting preserves.”
Conference registration is $350 per person if registered by 5/31/2023, and $375 per person if registered on or after 6/1/2023. This fee includes dinner on Monday night, lunch and dinner on Tuesday and lunch on Wednesday. The Bluemont Hotel is providing breakfast to those staying on property.
A guest fee of $175 guest/spouse fee will be available for anyone 16 years or older who isn’t a registered convention attendee but who would like to attend the social events, meals and breaks.
Students enrolled in Kansas State’s Gamebird Management, Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management or Hospitality programs can register for a special $150 price.
For early birds, the news gets even better. Flint Oak Lodge has offered to pay the registration fee for the first five KSU students who sign up for the conference. This benefit is first come, first served. Interested students need to send an email to rob@northamericangamebird.com to secure one of these five coveted scholarships to attend the event.
Non-members who purchase a conference ticket will receive a complimentary one-year membership to NAGA.
